"Good location, a bus stop just a few minutes away and most importantly quiet. The only downfall would be the lack of maintenance in the room itself, the mirror light in the bathroom was cracked a didn’t work, the bathroom fan wasn’t working and generally the room lacked a good refresh. "Had a really lovely stay with my family at the holiday inn, Hull marina. Staff were super friendly and location was perfect for the Deep and the old town. Would definitely recommend the hotel."
"Clean hotel, comfy bed, it was a great stay for 2 nights. Staff were very friendly and check-in process was very quick. The free use of facilities (gym & pool) was a bonus although do expect children’s classes going on as well. Hotel in good location as McDonald’s & KFC just a min away plus few othe shops. Overall, I’d recommend as good value gor money. "
"Checking was great, and the room was sufficient. However, when I went to use the shower in the morning, the bath had lots of debris, and gunk in it, presumably from the person who used it before. The carpet also hadn’t been cleaned, which put me off somewhat. The bedding did seem fresh, but I didn’t want to take a shower, or have a tea and coffee in the morning. The cleanliness really let this place down."

"I had a good couple of nights here. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I was upgraded to a double from a single room. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. It is tucked away in a pretty little square of Hull centre, you’ll feel that you are somewhere else! No offence to Hull, I am from here and do love it but the town centre is not the prettiest! Well worth the money."
