We’ve stayed here a couple times, this last time we got into our room and it was dirty, there was kids slime all over the carpet, the bed was dirty, there was holes in the curtain and every lamp shade looked like it was punched out. We contacted front desk and without a question they moved us to a new room and I have no complaints. They apologized on their behalf and it wasn’t an issue at all. The next room was great.

Overall cleanliness was fine. Fire alarm pulled by some moron at 12:30 am, then the staff didn't seem to know how to cancel the room alarms after the fire department gave the all clear and left. One patron was passed out sleeping at the bar, one was passed out near the elevator and another was sleeping outside with only one shoe on. After returning to the room alot of noise continued til 2:30 am.

My Husband & I stayed here for one night. The room was very clean, spacious. My only complaint is that our room location was literally right next to the stairwell & the elevators so we heard people coming and going (loudly) until about 12:30am. Breakfast Buffet was great in the a.m. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
