Stayed 4 nights at this property, I had a mouse in my first room, the second room I stayed in also had a mouse. Not much was done to rectify the issue, I was only refunded one night for my stay. Wouldn’t recommend. You get what you pay for.

Bed bugs! Third time booking with them in 6 months and same problem every single time. We will never be booking with them again. We book almost every week at some place or another for business trips and this has been one of the worst ones.

Is smelt like urine was run down and dirty. Lobby bathroom was locked. Restaurant and bar, that is a real stretch. We did not stay we found another hotel for the night. Would like to ask for a refund, but that will not happen. First time in all my years of using Expedia that I have been disappointed.

The hallways were overpowered of air freshener in an attempt to cover the underlying scent of cigarettes. Stairwells smelled of urine and alcohol. There was construction materials left out in the hallway, graffiti remnants could be seen painted over, water stains in ceilings and disrepair evident throughout with cheap fixes. The security cameras literally every 10 feet made us realize they had concerns for safety. Rooms were clean enough although the sheets had stains. Again could smell cigarettes coming through the vents in the bathroom. Pool is not heated and appeared uncleaned. Very heavy chemical smell, kids had rashes immediately appear after leaving the pool water. We checked in and left our stay within 2 hours as we felt unsafe. Individuals adorned with gang tattoos on their necks and faces made for a very unsettling atmosphere. Photos online depict a very different hotel than the one we entered. Staff was friendly and I would not disparage them online, they did their job and were kind and respectful. Very understanding when we explained why we were leaving. Unfortunate for us, we will not be attending a travelodge again in the future. We booked for one night just to do something different with the family and use the pool but it was unsatisfactory. We checked out after 2 hours

Honestly, this place sucks. From having no elevator, to an extremely noisy ice machine and rude staff on checkout, this place is terrible. I only stayed for one night and my shower barely produced any water, I could barely wash myself. They advertise free breakfast on the website but none to be found, I was additional phoned at 10.30am when checkout was 11am. I was travelling with quite a bit of luggage and staff were unwilling to assist with any of it upon checkout - I don’t expect you to carry anything, but you could at least hold the door open. Screw this place, I want my money back.

We were on a birthday trip from Ontario for my sons birthday. This hotel sparked our interest because the pictures make the pool area look clean, fun and awesome for kids however the pictures of the hotel and pool are misleading. Very dirty, strong cigarette smell throughout hotel. We ended up checking out two hours after we checked in due to medical reasons. Specifically, my sons asthma was starting to flare up due to the cigarette odor.

Walked in and then walked out. Paid the night but left immediately would not be coming back. Front desk was nice. I went there with children we did not feel safe, and it smelled like cigarettes and old alcohol.
