"Hello, I have been to this resort before. It is an awesome place to stay. The check in process never takes no more than a few minutes. Jacob was very friendly and helpful. Nanu was also very helpful. He gave us a couple of coupons just in case we wanted to dine out. The unit itself was very clean. I also noticed that it was renovated, which was also a plus . As always I was very pleased."
