Lovely B&B in Windermere
Lovely place to stay in Windermere about a 10 minute walk from the train station. Room had everything we needed and breakfast was very good each morning. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Ellerbrook House. The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable and had lovely extra touches with free toiletries and tea/coffee. The breakfasts were lovely and there was a lot of choice. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending this place for a stay in Windermere. Town was a 5 min walk away with a good range of restaurants too. Pleasure to meet you Rob and Becky. I had an amazing stay! The bed and sheets were very comfortable and the room was really clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and Becky and Rob were wonderful hosts. They made great suggestions when my tour was cancelled at the last minute and we’re very thoughtful and kind.

Felt very comfortable and the owners were so pleasant and friendly. Room was bright and spacious and was stocked well with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits. Thoughtful little touches in room like tissue box, wine glasses, do not disturb sign. Breakfast lovely in bright front room and offered cereals, selection of cooked food and fruit and yoghurts, apple juice, orange juice, tea, coffee.

This was my first time staying in a B&B and it was lovely. The room was very comfortable with a small sofa and tv and the little things like wine glasses and a corkscrew and bathrobes just added to it. The breakfast was really tasty and Robert, the host was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. I would definitely recommend it 😊
