The facilities were good, and the stay pleasant but there was an awful lot of trash on the grounds. Since I had a dog and walked him several times, I had occasion to see it all. There were so bags in the waste receptacle station for the dog's excrement and no obvious place to put the bag when you had one. This was the only downside, but a serious one. Thanks for asking.

Shower stall had a leak in the left side corner near the toilet which got the floor wet over to the toilet. That part of the glass does not move so it’s not that it was open. Told the morning clerk.

I loved the simplicity of hooks and shelving (rather than drawers. Beds were comfy, too. The one thing that we didn’t like was the loud fan/light in the bathroom. We like to keep the bathroom light on with the door ajar to find our way into the bathroom during the night and not falling or knocking into something.

The hotel check in was great. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The amenities in the room were oddly placed, with the microwave on the lower shelf. There is no in-room coffee and since we were on the 4th floor, getting coffee was a pain. It was in the lobby. The towels appeared not to be restocked between visits as we had two towels, two washcloths and one hand towel. The shelves were roomy enough to be better stocked. The room was near the interstate so that was noisy, but we didn't hear other guests which was very nice! Overall a good stay.

You can still smell the newness of this property and it is absolutely a beautiful place to stay. No complaints and I would've given the staff five stars instead of four but a little pet peeve is I went for the free breakfast, which I was looking forward to, at 9:30 AM and it goes until 10:30 AM. While it was very clean and I saw a staff member wiping down tables they were out of white bread and bagels (only some pastries) and there was no pancake batter to be seen so if you wanted a pretty substantial Sunday morning breakfast you would not have gotten one. I guess I could've asked for a bagel but to me they should have been restocking those kinds of things because people were still coming for breakfast.
