"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "Lovely little place but no parking,parking is about 200m away in a public car park. So a bit of a chore humping your shoping bags suitcases ect,but if you can get past that its fine."

"This hotel is perfectly situated for visiting the Theatres in Stratford...only a short walk to the riverside. It is central for shopping & sight seeing. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, the staff warm & friendly. We had a lovely time."

It's all good.

"Warm welcome, simple booking in process and a brief explanation as to where everything was and times etc, although all the information is in your room anyway. The food was excellent, although be aware of the 10% added service charge in the restaurant. Eat the same food in the adjoining bar and avoid this charge. Two lovely bar areas to choose from. and the golf course looked great and was very popular, as was the swimming pool. Overal I would fully recommend this Hotel."

A lovely family stay

"1 night stay as a family of 4. (2 adults, 3.5 year old and 15 month old) At first I was a little reluctant to book, after seeing some bad reviews, but I'm glad I looked past them. The room was lovely! The perfect set up for what we wanted. We came away for my husbands 30th birthday and the location was a good mid point stay between where we were going over 2 days. The hotel even set up a low camp bed for our youngest, which saved us lugging her travel cot into the room. It was quite warm in the room and only a small desk fan available. We were on the 2nd floor and had to sleep with the windows all fully open and even then the children were unsettled. Luckily there is a park just around the corner, so we went for an early norning walk there. Breakfast was lovely! Staff were all friendly and chatty. We also sat in the garden for a drink in the evening, it was really nice and cool down there. The room was clean and well presented. Tea coffee and biscuits in the room. There was even a little fridge, perfect to store our daughters milk! We will definitely return if we head that way again. Thank you for a lovely stay!! "

"Handy to a number of attractions. Loads of easy parking with access off two roads. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean and tidy. Roomy comfortable room with dishwasher and washing machine. Quiet and nice view over the golf course. On site restaurant. Highly recommended!"
