"The place is not what they said it was. The boats are not clean. No working kitchen or bathroom. In my opinion very sketchy to say the least. Do not book you will be very disappointed.. The local law enforcement is looking to talk to the owner. That is what a local sheriff’s deputy had said to us. What a joke! Don’t do it."

"I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. "

"Nightmare! A sinking boat that is anchored in bay. Bilge pump kicks on every few minutes to pump the water out. It is disgusting! Wouldn’t take off shoes. 1st toilet full of pee, 2nd toilet full of poop and pee. This was because there was NO RUNNING WATER on the boat and this was because the battery that runs the water pump was dead.
