The price was right, the room was clean and spacious. Shower water pressure was great, new shower heads. Breakfast was average at best. Between 3-4am there were other patrons out in the hallway, making noise, yelling. NOBODY from the hotel staff came to shut this down Ridiculous.

I am disappointed with the manager Lauren W. I had stroke with right side paralysis and can’t use my right side. They have handicapped bathroom with toilet paper on left side toilet paper dispenser and handrail but I am not allowed to use it because it is designated as employee bathroom. There are other bathrooms down the hall that the employees can use. Lauren did give me a booster seat for room toilet tho. I feel I should be allowed to use the hall bathroom that is handicapped friendly.

I'm sure it would have been great, but I could not find my reservation information anywhere. It wasn't even on the Expedia page. I just found the link this morning when they asked how my experience was. I feel like Expedia left me out to dry. I ended up staying at a motel 6. Which was alright, but I ended up not staying where I booked originally. Always follow up on with Expedia!
