Average stay, Overpriced for the amenities and condition of rooms. Bathrooms need to be updated and cleaner. We stayed during a fairly busy time (football game weekend) We did not have any Hot water for hours. (6:30am to 10:30 am) only cold water came out. Two family members had to leave without showering. Property should be prepared for guests. Would not stay here again.

Our only negative was the room was small, but very efficiently laid out and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfy! Breakfast was good - plenty put out for us to choose from. Overall everything was clean, upgraded and great for our one night stay traveling through the area.
