"The staff was so nice and helpful, and check-in was so fast. You can tell the building is old and it could use some updating, including soundproofing (we heard everything going on in the hallway), but the location was great and the price was good."

"A hidden gem! Price was very reasonable for the well appointed facilities. Could not believe how fresh and clean every aspect was from the public restroom to the hotel room. Even the carts used to clean the rooms were well organized and heavily stocked. We can't wait to return for another wonderful stay! This will definitely be our go to hotel in Williamsburg. "

"Surprised how nice this place was for the price! We had 8 people and had plenty of space. Clean and pool area was nice. Only thing I didn't like was the size of the towels in pool area, bring your own!!"
