My husband and I came to this holiday Inn with the intention of staying one night, but Weather kept us there for two. It was totally enjoyable and restful. We had just returned from several weeks in Europe and found the hotel a true respite unlike so many other hotels this felt like a real hotel with a competent staff and some food options that were not the usual junk parking is easy you feel like you’re in a very safe area. I highlyrecommend this holiday

Enjoyed onsite restaurant. (Great wings) One elevator was out of commission and it was difficult to use the other in conjunction with housekeeping. Room could have used more attention. Dirty washcloths from prior guests were on the floor behind the toilet. Our room/door keys would not open the door and we had to be let in the room by the manager on duty. We love this property and stay here every Christmas. It is time for some upgrades. All that said, we’ll be back in June. The manager is the nicest person you’ll ever meet in hospitality.

I booked this hotel, depending on the hot tub and it was out of commission, but I was not informed of this. The staff overnight was not as friendly and helpful as a staff in the a.m. The morning staff was very pleasant. Housekeeping was very kind and courteous.

My stay here was really nice. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was really comfortable and the lady whose name is soni was sooo nice to us during our breakfast. She offered us great hospitality. There was only one elevator out of two that was in working order during our stay. My two young children and I had to wait for 20 minutes to be able to take the elevator on our own down to the lobby. My husband had to wait even longer with the luggage in order to get down to the lobby. The elevator had to keep cycling through because of all the people riding the one elevator including the cleaning staff with their carts leaving no room for us to get on. It was definitely frustrating and an inconvenience to say the least.
