I went for a run one of the mornings there and accidentally ended up in a homeless camp that I later found out was very dangerous. This was about 1.5 miles from the hotel, close to the river. The closer surrounding area near the hotel were nice. Arena and multiple restaurants are within walking distance. Hotel itself was very clean and accommodating in every way. We will stay there again if we are ever back in the area. Maybe this next time though I’ll just stick the hotel gym haha.
