"When I entered my room (1) the door was open. It was freezing inside so I put on the heaters. One was hot instantly but since it was in front of the door and bathroom it didn’t help making the room warm. It took at least 3-4 hours until the temperature was reasonable. The other heater, under the window, made water noises the whole time until maybe 11pm. And started at 5am again. Even with earplugs and the other pillow over my head it was too noisy to sleep. "This hotel was a little gem in a fairly rural area. Located approximately thirty-minutes from the airport, by taxi or by train but absolutely adorable. We had a very nice Swiss breakfast and loved our canopy bed and modern shower/bathroom. We would definitely stay there again. "

"I know this is a weird thing to comment on, but the highlight of our stay was the attendant at the front desk. He was sooo funny, personable and helpful! Even upgraded our room. I wish they'd add more pictures, because the place is much nicer than i expected based on the limited pictures. Wish we had more time to stay there and tour the area. The restaurant/ bar next store was okay. Had a smoking section, but the door was left open. I'm super sensitive to smoke so that killed the experience....

"Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Helpful and knowledgeable staff at check in, and above and beyond helpful when I checked out (I needed a European adapter and a place to work and the receptionist went and found me one - with a massive smile and happy disposition).
