"The room was simply tiny. The mattress was sat on pallets rather than an actual bed. The shower door was broken and hung loose in the shower. Duck tape was trying to hold it up. I had children with me so this was dangerous. There was no kitchen (which the advert said there was) and we had to was dishes in the bathroom sink. "The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. "Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. When informed Smartflats simply thanked us for the info & made no attempt. to remedy or compensate. Poor service as we rented the apartment to prepare our own food & were limited....

It was that good that after our stay we booked the same apartment again for our return from our road trip to poland . Its honestly a great experience and the price was brilliant. "Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil."
