"A lovely hotel in the centre of Heilbronn. Nice, clean room. All the amenities I needed, possibly another bottle or water and coffee machine would have made it even better. Spa area was superb. I'd have eaten in the restaurant if it hadn't shut early (8 pm). Very good. Would stay again."

"The property and rooms are beautiful, the only criticisms is that the air conditioning was useless. Given the outside temperature was only 26c or so, the rooms were roasting hot and the tiny a/c unit totally ineffective. Would not return unless this was improved. Also the swimming pool was freezing ..."
