"This place is outstanding. It’s a lovely location in a quiet village a few minutes walk away to the shop and pub and within minutes your in the countryside exploring the WWII history on offer. It’s very quiet and safe and free parking right outside the door. The cottage is very nice and is a mixture of modern bits mixed with old but has a very well stocked kitchen, a large comfy living area, a down stairs bathroom and toilet and two upstairs bedrooms. I will definitely be back."

"A lovely base for an Aldeburgh break, but unfortunately even though it states that there is parking at the property on Hotels.com website, there isn’t and you have to find somewhere to park on a nearby street. "

"The cottage was in a great location, making it easy to walk to the town and to the beach. The views from the top floor bedroom were great and we enjoyed watching baby seagulls. Our only issue was the height of the first floor mirror in the bathroom. We are both 5ft 6 and so not extra short but we couldn’t see at all for shaving or putting on make up! "

"Had a lovely stay at Crown Cottage. This was our second time in Orford and the location is perfect with parking. The property is beautifully presented and really well equipped. Would definitely recommend"

"The place was spacious and made an excellent base for exploring the Suffolk area whilst being really quiet. Shower wasn't great but they'd provided all the utensils you'd need for cooking and enjoying your stay. Bed had a rubber cover and there was a noisy liner under the bed sheet which made it very warm but it was comfortable. Decor and furnishings are fairly budget but it's good value and ultimately a nice space to relax and enjoy the evening after a day out exploring and walking."
