Nothing worked at the Hotel, we had gotten it at the discount price, but we could have saved another $5 a night, and had a tv, phone, towels and a few other things at another motel

Worst place ever don’t recommend this at all room smelled bad room didn’t have toilet paper you have to buy it and room only had one towel there was flys in the room roaches in the bathroom overall the hotel is horrible 😡😡😡plus the carpet to the room had dog piss it was nasty !!!

The bed sheets were dirty. The clerk did give us a change of sheets so that WE could change our bed. These seemed clean. It was the middle of the night and we had just driven all day, so we slept. Mold (a lot) in the nightstand drawer; don't put anything in there! Towels, but no washcloths. Tire track marks on the wall (motorcycle??). No breakfast accommodations, but then I don't think I would want to eat there! We did see that at least the police know how to find the place (don't know what for; did not see anyone taken away). Did have electricity, running hot and cold water and WiFi.

Dirty bad place
The hotel was filthy, very scary individuals hanging around and staying at the hotel. Did not feel at all comfortable walking anywhere outside. Noise ALL night long. We had no hand soap, the towels were old and grundgy. Water went out about 6 p.m. and did no go back on until approximately 8:30....very bad experience all around

We wasn't able to cancel, hotels.com saidbthey had 4 rooms when infact there was only 1 room and it just so happened that this room had no air conditioning and they wasn't comfortable renting it. So we slept in our car

Long way from home
I was unable to check in earlier, and upon standard check in time the only option available was 2 rooms with no Air conditioning on a 113 F day! I have yet to hear back from the hotel on any level concerning these discrepancies as well as a financial resolution to reimburse or make things right! I booked on the the 31st, I refused to stay at this branch and it's management according to the circumstances.

The room I was in got flooded the day before and the bathroom was destroyed Mitch metal and ceiling pieces. The floors were soaking wet and smelled like mildew extremely bad. They set up a huge fan to blow hot smelly air around my room while I was trying to sleep. I couldn’t take any shower whatsoever.

Place should not exist!!!!
Very nasty flies and dingy linen and towels broken air conditioner.Didnt get the room or hotel I paid for. the hotel we got was days inn 550 South Florence Wichita Kansas 67209 it was purely disgusting and on top they gave me a king size bed instead of my double that I paid for and charged me the exact same price as the double which was higher and my first day there was dried blood on the sheets
