"The food was absolutely fantastic – 10/10! However, be prepared for the high cost. The accommodation was stunning, especially since we were upgraded to an ocean-view room, but unfortunately, the room itself was quite dated and not well-maintained. It was dusty, and the bathroom had visible black mold. We raised our concerns with reception, but the only response we received was a small room credit, which we appreciated. Overall, while the location and food were great, the condition of the room was disappointing."

"I can’t believe how beautiful this place is ! Best resort in Hamilton island. Everything is accessible. Free shuttles to take you anywhere you want all you need is to call and they pick you put and drop you off anywhere. The staff are amazing, honestly so lovely and their service couldn’t fault. I would recommend this place if you want an outstanding experience. Loved every moment at the beach club ! Thank you guys so much for making this an experience. "

"Wonderful stay at the Elysian. Everything was just perfect! From the amazing helicopter ride from the airport we couldn’t have asked for a more hospitable environment. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as memorable as possible. The chefs also do a great job making delicious meals and every meal is different. This is all inclusive with a cherry on top. The bedrooms are huge, have super comfy beds, and all have that breathtaking view of the calm sea. We didn’t want to leave. We will be back! "

"My wife & I escaped the rat race to spend 4 nights at Palm Bay Resort, Long Island to celebrate our upcoming 50th birthdays. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by the staff. We were allocated a lovely Ocean View Bure overlooking the turquoise water in the bay. The food in the restaurant was incredible and we were amazed to hear that the Chefs are both very young…… I hope they keep them as they are immensely talented. Happy hour in the Sunset Bar every night was just wonderful with a good variety at very modest prices ($16 during happy hour). The staff were delightful and always up for a chat (Jade & Lacey were so good to us). Most importantly the Resort encouraged you to switch off from the outside world (no TV’s, no WiFi) & reconnect with loved ones…… so refreshing in this digital age! Overall, we can’t recommend this experience highly enough. We loved our time at Palm Bay Resort & have both hit 2025 refreshed & recharged."
