"By far one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Pros: Location to the beautiful beach. We had a room with a great view of the water which is located just a 2 minute walk away. All meals are provided in a buffet style setting and provide a large amount of options. Cons: Everything other thing imaginable. "My room had a beautiful view of the Ocean and the light house. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The Venetian harbor is at a short walking distance but the hotel is in a quiet area. Breakfast was one of the best of our trip. Overall and excellent hotel"

"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. If you have an ocean view suite, you can spend lots of happy hours on the balcony enjoying a book. Chania old town is also very close ."

AMAZING Property & Staff!!

"Our stay was spectacular!! I can't recommend this hotel enough. The rooms were amazing and we even had an oversized plunge pool. The location is unbelievable - mountains surround you. The staff went above and beyond (e.g., they met us at our car with umbrellas as it was raining out, noticed on my passport it was my birthday so prepared a free cake for me, etc.). If you are going to be in the area please consider this hotel. Also, if you are still planning your vacation look into this area as it was great place to spend a few days (e.g., hike to Lissos, enjoy Sougia beach/restaurants, drive to Paleochara, etc.)."

"Great place to stay to visit the area. We only stayed one night so we could visit the Samaria Gorge but wish we'd have been staying longer! The rooms have everything you need and the staff were very welcoming. The food was very tasty and we even went back for an evening meal after the Gorge!! The free transfers to the gorge are also really good. Definitely deserves more than 2 stars!!"

Quiet retreat with a wonderful host family

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful villa nestled in nature, far away from the hustle and bustle of the greek roads and cities. It was the perfect escape for our family of four. The environment allowed us to unwind and enjoy our holiday to the fullest. The kids loved the private pool. Our host (don't know if I am allowed to say his name here) was absolutely wonderful, and his lovely family assisted him with cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. They were all incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the fresh fruits and vegetables provided by our host from his own fields. It added a special touch to our meals and made our experience even more delightful."
