"While the property is clean and spacious, the main selling point for this unit is its location and proximity to all the shops, restaurants and even the skating rink. In terms of customer service from reception staff, don't expect much. They will produce you the card keys to access your unit and provide directions to the parking space, but that's about all they can do for you.
