"Fantastic location, and the room was MASSIVE!! This is not your usual claustrophobic hotel room! The only deducted star was for minor maintenance needed due to wear and tear (bulb out, broken tp holder - things like that). Highly recommend this property!"

"The room was spacious as we ended up with a handicap room. As was the bathroom. The bed did feel like I was sitting on a cardboard box. The bar sraff had to attend to the dining area and wasn't very attentive during the evening. Only a few patrons ar rhe bar including the night desk clerk. The breakfast wait staff were a bit busy, but not attentive to the orders taken. Missing items from the meal order. The hotel is close to the T which made it easy to get to the FB game. "

"Great location to downtown. Walked from hotel to Market Square & all around downtown. Frint desk worker was very helpful. They upgraded us to a suite on the 18th floor. Beautiful views! The suite was very clean and spacious."

"Hotel is very clean and staff were friendly. The evening snacks are great which for my family seemed more like a full meal. The free adult beverages is a welcome addition. The free breakfast is amazing. This was our second stay at this establishment in Pittsburgh we also stayed at one in Knoxville when my infant grandson had to have surgery which is what made me choose the one in Pittsburgh."

"Rooms were clean, beds were comfy Parking was free and easy Hotel staff was friendly. The hotel itself was cold but the rooms were warm. Nice bar and restaurant and starbucks is in the hotel. Didnt see much of the area around. Stayed for one night, grabbed an uber to go to the steelers game. That was an easy process and less than 20 mins to get to the stadium"
