We certainly can recommend Stolen Heaven for other visitors and we would be happy to return at this location at our next visit. "Overall stay for 2 nights for awesome. Mr. Jitendra and his team was fabulous and they ensured our stay was comfortable. "The resort had speakers at various spots, and they played religious chants from 5:30 am to 7:00 am, and again in the evening around 7:00 pm tp 8:00 pm. That is not ok. I don't go to a nature resort to have music/chants on speakers and be disturbed or woken up by such things. Also, they may want to specify that there is no in-room food service."

"The hotel was 5 star, the staff was helpful to a point, the Restaurent food was good, only thing We did not like was that hotel did not provide wash cloth in the bathroom and hotel lobby was very slippery for senior citizens. Over all, our stay was ok. "

"I think the positive reviews are paid ones. They converted an old bungalow into a hotel. It was right besides train crossing and every now and then you could hear the noise of trains. Some basic facilities like intercom was missing. Although the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedsheet was not so clean. A basic thing like shampoo and bodywash were not provided. Last but not the least, when i wanted to make a card payment, they did not have card swiping machine. Nothing great about the food. "

"Was really impressed by the facility, beautifully done. Perfect blend of the urban and modern. Loved every little detailed was taken in consideration in interior designs. The views are serene. We got the executive room. The staff was excellent at providing the services. Very pleasant approach towards the guest. . The best part is the rooms are like a minute walk from the Kinara dhaba, an excellent restaurant, with great ambiance and a great menu with vast choice of options to select from....

"We had booked a room with an extra person and therefore an extra bed. They never gave the extra bed. The room was also not clean. The bathroom door did not close all the way. Overall absolutely not the 4-star hotel that it claims to be. I'd give it a level of 2 star."

"If you like being treated like royalty, this is it. Every staff member here are well trained and equipped to help you have a great experience. They have all aspects covered from valley to check in, many food cuisine options, fun activities for children and adults and a seamless check out process with more than 1 persons helping you. We never waited in lines, staff were available and prompt at taking care of your needs. The property itself is stunning with many varieties of trees and lush green grass lawns for you to enjoy, they are meticulous about keeping the property aesthetically pleasing and people friendly. Rooms are very spacious and amenities were more than enough for families to enjoying a relaxing week away from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai "
