Room only with shared bathroom.Nice but overpriced
We stayed 3 nights in this clean and comfortable room near the town. We werent aware on booking that it was a shared bathroom but the bathroom was across the hall very modern and clean. We didnt see the host from check in and would have liked a change of towels a couple of days in. Towels were left in the basket provided on the landing but were not replaced. Also as this is Bed Only with No Breakfast it might be a nice gesture to leave enough teabags and milk to cover the days of stay. Having stayed in quite a few B+B over the summer which included breakfast I felt this one was nice but way over priced.

Perfect stay everything was clean and tidy ..coffee machine and biscuits in the room were a lovely touch along with chalk board with guests names and chocolates on pillows ..lovely little perks . Location was ideal less than 10 minutes to the town

A warm welcome to Westport
My stay at the Taim Lodge, Westport was very pleasant from start to finish. Theresa gave me a warm welcome on check-in and my room was cosy with a very comfortable bed and express coffee machine for hot drinks. The guest bedroom I stayed in was down the hall from the shared bathroom which worked out very well for my shower needs. The town was less than five minutes walk away and Theresa recommended me to try 'La Bella Vita', a local restaurant for dinner. Overall, I would recommend the Taim Lodge for anyone on a solo trip and who would like to experience friendly Irish hospitality.

Tereasa met us when we arrived. Really friendly and helpful. Room was perfect and the the bathroom was spotless. Great shower. Our room had a great view of of Westport and Croagh Patrick. We stayed for one night and had a wonderful time. Would definately recommend.

I dislike sharing bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable. Room felt too small. View of blank wall. No chair to sit on to write or read. Hostess did bring me a kettle as I wanted hot water not just coffee. Place was very clean
