"We're so glad we found The Hygrade Inn. We were traveling on a long road trip for the holidays and needed a place to spend the night along the way. The Hygrade Inn was a wonderful treat for us! The room was cozy, comfortable, and well-appointed. From the lush bed and bedding to the relaxing seating, we recovered well from a long day of driving. The large rain shower also helped us unwind. Add in the decor, and we felt at home in a well-cared-for space. The included breakfast was excellent: tasty and served thoughtfully in a visually appealing way. We scheduled our breakfast time and food order the night before, and when we showed up for the breakfast, we were greeted by two delicious yogurt parfaits that had been put together for us. As we finished those, Jim brought out our hot breakfast orders, which were both delicious. The common areas are well-decorated and feature quite a number of beautiful and interesting art pieces. The owners/staff - Jim and Matt - took very good care of us and were great to talk to. After breakfast, we had a pleasant chat with Jim, who shared with us the origins of many of the art pieces in the common areas and helped us find a place to go for a scenic hike nearby. We're already looking forward to the next time we stay at The Hydride Inn."
