"There was NOT one thing that could have made our stay better. We were celebrating our birthdays & “Tony” made sure it was a special stay. Tony gave us a delicious drink and a gift of chocolates. Our room was beautiful, comfortable & clean. The bathroom was big & spectacular. In the morning we had great coffee & there was a buffet of many different things to eat - a great variety, & everything was really good. "Our stay was very good. Downfalls were we could of used extra pillows and blankets. Being there in fall, the heat would not heat up the room so we were really cold during the day and night. Room could of used some rugs to stand/walk on because the floor was cold too. Didn't have TV service the first night. For price and a place to lay your head at night, it was a respectible place to stay. They had a free morning breakfast setup that was very nice."

"What a wonderful place—comprised of several lodges, each offering a different room-type setup, all close enough together to be convenient, but not crowded. Ours had a basement game room, with the restaurant/pub nearby. Staff member helped me choose which place to book based on our need for snowmobile trailer parking space. "

"Check-in and check-out was very easy for this hotel, the staff was friendly, and I felt safe in both the hotel room and surrounding area. The bedroom and bathroom were arranged very nicely, and the bed was quite comfortable. The only downside I can think of is there was no elevator at the Super 8, so I needed to carry my luggage up to my room on the 3rd floor."

"I have stayed at this hotel in the past and keep returning for the large room and all the amenities. The staff is always super pleasant and helpful. I also enjoy the proximity to Outback and Max & Erma’s. After a long drive, it’s nice to be able to walk to dinner!"

"This was our first time staying at the Slopeside Hotel at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. We accompanied our son, daughter in law and their two boys ages 9 and 11. Even tho the hotel has been there for years it was very cozy, comfortable, extremely clean and so convenient. The rooms adjoined which was so nice and we had gorgeous views of the ski slopes. The bars and restaurants were easy and accessible with plenty of food options for everyone. It was a short walk to the ski slopes and also to the ski shop where they rented equipment. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and the kids loved the indoor mini golf and arcade. Overall it was one of our more enjoyable and easy vacations. I would also like to give a shout out to the amazing valet service. They were so upbeat and helpful unloading all of our ski stuff and luggage and helping us to our rooms. When we checked out in the morning they brought our car, completely cleaned of snow, and loaded our luggage cheerfully in 8 degree weather with a gusty wind blowing. The rest of the staff in the hotel and restaurants were also friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and resort."
