"Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The design of this hotel is gorgeous and the rooms and common areas are decorated very nicely. I stayed one night in the smallest room offered and found the bed and bathroom comfortable. A few small adjustments would make the space a little easier to navigate - for example, I had to unplug one of the side lamps and put it in the wardrobe so that I was able to move out the nightstand to plug in my cell phone. "We stayed for 1 night (New Years Eve) as we were eating nearby with friends and it was very convenient to stay here and get a good night sleep. Had a lovely view of Auckland city and the sky tower. No parking on site though and so had to park on a side street further away as there was no parking on the road in front of the place either. "

"Gorgeous room! Really state of the art technology for the lights, do not disturb, and requesting turn down service. Really love the chromecast feature for the tv and the bed feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud. Absolutely enjoyed our stay there. "

"Generally an excellent stay. Staff were outstanding. A couple of niggles. 1.Checking in we were required to provide photo ID. We are local and arrived by taxi. My husband made the booking and left his driver licence at home. Although my name was also on the booking my photo ID was not acceptable to the Cordis. The hassle that followed could have been avoided if there had been a reminder on the booking information. 2. Dinner cost - we had planned to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with dinner at Eight restaurant. At $148 per dinner per person it was out of our price range. We sat on the street and enjoyed fish and chips from a local takeaway "

"Close to the cruise terminal where we disembarked from a cruise. Centrally located in the downtown business district and walkable to many shopping and dining options. Half a block to the sky tower and St. Patrick’s Cathedral is another half a block in the other direction as you exit the hotel. Staff is very nice, room was spacious and the bathroom large, clean with lots of amenities. Breakfast buffet was good with many options and you can also order from the kitchen. We did the hop on hop off bus tour of the city and the stop was a 5 minute walk from the Hotel. Would stay again. "
