"Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent room facing volcano. My only complaint is cleaning lady said I damaged a towel and needed to pay to replace it. When I showered, something came off of me and it was in the drain of the shower. She took it and put it on a towel. I knew exactly what it was, but was hoping it would go down drain. The hotel is very safe and quiet at night. The rooms are clean and maintained well. They serve an excellent fresh breakfast every morning and are glad to accommodate your preference. "Beautiful spot.Micheal was a great host. Lovely pool and outside sitting area. Room had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Close to the grocery store. We were suprised that we could only pay cash. They dont take credit cards and they do not provide breakfast. "
