"Staff was wonderful! I also liked the fact that I could walk across the parking lot and eat at Applebees. My room was at the top of the stairs and because the stairs were carpeted, I didn’t hear anyone going up or down. Also the room was spotless, which is a huge plus for a hotel that allows pets! "

"Check in staff (evening shift) had to finish their own conversation before helping me, they were complaining about other customers directly and loudly within countertop distance of me. Night shift was rude when I asked nicely if they had anymore cold water because fridge hadn’t been restocked. Day shift check out individual was extremely cheerful and helpful and kind "

"Great property with unique rooms. Loved the location for its walkability to nearby restaurants and the riverfront. Parking can be a minor inconvenience if your room is in the annex building as it's more of a walk unless you can get street parking that's closer. My advice would be to pull up and drop off luggage, etc.. at the door and then proceed to parking behind the main building. Just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. "

"We have stayed in this hotel upon several times of traveling through. We always find it very nice. Shout out to Phyllis, who served breakfast, along with the woman who served at “happy hour”. Both of these ladies were very personable, and happy to help everyone. We will return on our again."
