"When I stay more than one night I expect some room service such as empty trash, clean towels and restocking the restroom without having to go to the lobby and get the items myself. I have no problem not having new sheets and someone make the bed. I feel I paid for this but so maybe the solution.would be to discount the additional days or to book one day at a time that way I will have the room completely serviced."

"The property needs some updating. Dining chairs are very worn looking, our room needed painting, the elevator was quite scratched up. The pool area was cold and the pool water was murky. We did not use it as it looked unclean. "
