"This is a shabby, dirty, and rundown hostel. Their website pictures must be photoshopped. Don't stay here if you can afford anything better. We were shocked as the pictures portrayed it in such better condition. Dirty bathroom, uneven dark halls with sheets hung across for a door. As well, the owner promised us a parking spot (two weeks prior in exchanged emails) for 10 euros and when we arrived, there wasn't any available and we were told our car would be towed. "Our three night stay here was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and they spoke good English, so communication was easy. The modern room was well equipped and designed. Its location in the Lindau Reutin area was quiet and had a choice of nearby restaurants. Bus transport from the apartments to the train stations and Lindau Insel was easy. We wish we could have stayed longer as there was plenty to see in the area."

"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "A really well kept house and property. Our room was large and bathroom was modern. It was very comfortable. Good wifi throughout. No breakfast option, but you can make use of the kitchen. The host communicated well. We were asked to make our full payment by bank transfer soon after booking. This may seem odd for people from some countries and cause for concern, but is apparently normal in Germany."
