Scam. No one was at property listed. Called for weeks ahead of time and no one ever picked up. Finally the day before I was scheduled to check in, I got an email notification that they moved to a new address, and expedia refused to help

The home at this address could not be acessesed with codes provided by Smart Suite, when we looked through the windows it was was empty of furniture. NO response to email or phone calls from Smart Suite. Had to find an alternative for the night. Never received my money back. Beware!

This is a bait and switch. This property listing should be removed from Hotels.com immediately so that no one else falls prey to this scheme. The property was not open when we arrived, was under construction, and was listed for sale.

It is a beautiful guest house. They view is beautiful and the hosts are friendly. Room is comfortable and cozy. Are is very residential and quiet. But at the same time it’s the only accommodation in the area, so if you want to be in West Vancouver it is a great opportunity. During my stay the service was a bit off, they left my room open and stopped service in the middle, and forgot to put towels so I needed to hunt them down at midnight. But it seems like they were just having a difficult day.

Was very clean. The bed was fantastic!! Good cable package. Beautiful property. Really great neighborhood. Ambleside beach and ocean walk was so beautiful!! On the negative, there was nobody around when I came down for breakfast both days. Had coffee and juice, but no food. Also a lot of doggie doo in the yard. Overall had a really nice time. Better if I had breakfast, but yes a great stay.
