Cons: roaches in the unit, the neighborhood is a bit run down, no lights down the driveway, no porch light making it challenging to access the door lock at night, broken floor tiles, bare concrete floor in the bathroom, lawn not mowed, weeds everywhere, dead baby possum left in the driveway."

To reach the location to park you have to drive thru a dark alley where there are run down homes that looked like junk yards and people gathering about-almost looked like homeless camps."

"The house itself is fine. Clean and good parking. The toilet paper fixture was broken, the soap in the bathroom is cheap. They charge $200 (insane) deposit of which they decided to take $22 because i slightly stained their crappy white towels with a smudge of makeup. They claimed that they couldnt be cleaned so they deducted that from my deposit. So, be careful staining their towels "

"We loved finding this AirB&B because we waited too long to book a place near the Eclipse path in 2024. This was literally the only reasonably priced place for miles. It appeared as it may have been rushed into being ready for such visitors. There were a few small stains on the master carpet and stickers on the master bedroom dressers.
