"This place exceeded my expectations and was far beyond western standards. Communication with Selassie was professional and effective before I even landed and to check out. My stay was very good and had zero issues whatsoever. There’s an underground parking with security and enough parking for everyone. Staff were respectful and took pride in what they do. "The check-in process was quick and easy. We had a spacious room, which I was pleased with. There was an issue with the A/C and when we contacted the front desk, someone came very quickly and addressed it. We also dined at one of the restaurants for dinner. The manager came by to introduce himself and advise us of the many offerings available at the buffet. It was a commendable selection and the quality was great"
