"We needed a room with a kitchen that included a cooktop and a full sized refrigerator. We were very pleased with the affordability and set-up here. We were told that there was no kitchenware in the room, but it would be available at the desk. Unfortunately by the time we got there, it was all being used by other guests. "The room was nice and big and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night, but it would be great for an extended stay. The only complaint I noticed was a strange smell in the room. It was almost as if the carpets were shampooed or got wet and left a musty/moldy kind of smell. We had our pets with us, so maybe it's just from being a pet friendly room? The indoor pool and hot tub were great. "

"Check in clerk was not personable or welcoming. After checking in as we were walking to the elevator to go up to our room there was a trail of something sticky spilled on the floor that went from the check in desk down the hall and into the elevator. The floor was so sticky I told the guy at the check in desk and he just said ok. 15 hours later when we came down for breakfast the sticky trail was still there on the floor and a housekeeping cart was parked right next to part of the sticky mess....
