"The service was great and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel feels a bit worn out and needs a bit of an uplift for Novotel standards and the price you pay. Also, they don't have enough pool lounges to accommodate the resort occupancy. If you do not get to the pool early, it's very hard to find a lounge for you to relax.
