"Had to phone for the code to get in as we didn’t get the email with the code, apartment is small but looks nice however it wasn’t very clean, cobwebs in the bathroom and very dusty skirting boards, there was 6 of us but only 5 mugs, there was no bedding or towels for the sofa bed so first night wasn’t very comfortable, however emailed the company and was told extra towels and bedding was under the sofa bed, definitely would be a good idea to have a welcome pack explaining this. "The Cleanliness of this apartment was apalling stained dirty carpets, kettle was filthy hairs and dirt just about everywhere and cobwebs and spiders just about in every corner of each room couldn’t wait to leave I’m so pleased we had only booked one night."

"The internet connection was really bad and the noise from the house above was terrible. However it was clean and well presented and in a nice area. "

"Absolutely lovely place to stay. Bill is a lovely host and makes a cra king breakfast. Rooms and all areas are really clean and welcoming, bed is comfy and there is everythi.g you need for a stay away. Short walk to Whitby pavillion, pubs, cafes and restaurants and 10 minutes wander to the centre. Thoroughly recommend. "

"A great customer service from the confirmation of the booking to leaving. All staff are friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious. I think it was the little touches such as Zed coming round at breakfast time checking in with everyone that they are ok. "

"The service, Julia was a wonderful host, and gave me an upgraded room which was lovely and en-suite. This was an extremely good, and professional thing to do, as the property, was empty of guests at the time. The breakfasts were fine, and on-time, and Julia and Paul were excellent hosts, who recommended a great place for a meal, and supplied my own keys, as well as treating me to an Hot Chocolate. The parking round the area, would have worried me, but I managed to get a space at the front of the building. All in all, I could not have asked, for a better place too stay, or better service. I would go back in a flash, but they are hoping to sell up. "
