Tub drain rusty. Tissue box was in a hole in the bathroom wall with only tissues between box and wall installation. No toilet paper holder. The light fixture protector above the bed was being held up by molly bolts which were coming out of the wall. the was a hole in the wall where the door handle had banged the wall a few times to many, Room had a misty smell.

My fiancé and I have stayed at this property 3 times now and every time we come, it gets worse and worse. I would not stay here again. It legitimately feels like a crack den or place for prostitutes. Just have a look at the property. There are holes in the wall, it is poorly insulated, the walls are paper thin and we were kept up all night, the hallway reek…. Half of the doors have large chips or holes in them. Really disgusting place to stay. Do NOT recommend

Really dirty place, roaches, hair on the bath tub, towels dirty to! The room maybe because we take on discount by Expedia they give me that really bad room, the ceiling unfinished and dirty, the old system the AC/ HEATER it’s a really noise machine, how helicopters on my room, the on tap room it’s service or kitchen room I don’t know because walking all night. I’ m really writing this because, I want the people know about this Hotel and Expedia people. I know that’s people never resolved nothing for us!

Exterior looked nice. Interior was fine except the bar sink in our room was dirty and the curtains needed repair. There was a coffee pot, cups and microwave but no coffee or tea packets. It was somewhat noisy due to the highway a block away but we didn't hear any noise from the other rooms.

Our stay was enjoyable. The location provided convenient access to highways and downtown West Chester. The room was clean and well-kept. However, the lighting in the room was somewhat harsh, with no lamps available and only bright fluorescent lights. It would have been nice to have a couple of cups at the sink as well.

For a place that charges close to $100/night they could invest in decent TV remotes for the rooms. It was updated…for the 1980s. The property has some wall damage that was poorly repaired, which leads me to keep the I.D. of the customers and, if caught on camera, damaging the property, bill them for damages and report them to authorities and to Wyndham corporate to ban them from all Wyndham chain-owned properties.Wyndham owns a good deal of properties, ranging from high to low, and could/should do just that.

Terrible stay in West Chester, PA
The pillows were terrible, the vacum cleaners they used were so loud the should have offered their just ear protection and they were constantly vacuuming from 9 am to 5 pm, the shower head was filthy, the door in the bath room had paint running down it and needed to be restained, the refrigerator was wobbly, the finish on the night stand was coming off, and i didn't offer a dresser to put your clothes in so i literally lived out of my suitcase.
