"The hotel was placed in an area that was a little "boring" but the tram to the city center was available 200 meters from the hotel every 10 minutes which was very convenient. If you do do not mind the 15 min. with the tram the hotel was a lot of value for the money with easy parking outside the hotel. The breakfast was very nice and the rooms were spacious and clean."

"I absolutely loved my stay here! The view was breathtaking, especially in the early morning when everything is so quiet and peaceful – it’s incredibly relaxing for the mind. If you’re booking, definitely try to get a room on the riverside. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene escape!"

"We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. Reception staff were friendly. The room was a bit small for two with luggage but the location was convenient for us as it was super close to the old town, canal and Schnoor. I like that there was a coffee machine in the room and glass bottled water. Motion sensor night lights were a nice though too. Parking nearby was expensive at €30/day and quite narrow spaces but that’s not the hotels fault. "

"Great location and clean comfortable rooms, shower floor gets very slippy, so could do with a grab rail, but ok when you get used to it. Only have given 4 out of 5 as really miss not having a kettle in the Motel One room, not the very cheapest hotel so should be an option at least. Good location for the hotel in the city centre with everything within walking distance and very close to the riverside bars etc. 4 out of 5 due to no kettle or room safe but would probably stay again due to location. "

"The location is very close to HBF, so close to a lot of things and a twenty min walk to the Dom. But like most HBF, a lot of undesirables hang out there in the evening. Staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. Fabulously cute Austrian decor. And a FABULOUS restaurant downstairs. It’s a must. Ensure you request a room with a separate shower room. "The ApartHotel was very convenient and comfortable and the people at the check-in desk were very helpful. The entry-way was good at the South East side of the building but it would have been nice to have had a sign on the North-east side of the building (facing the Train station) so that we could have found the main door more easily. We were confused at first to find our way in. The beds, showers, and cooking facilities were all great. "

"We were very much looking forward to this stay as a family. We arrived and as I was checking in, my son was asked “what are you doing here?”. Given he was standing with bags and next to my wife, near the reception where I was checking in - this made him feel unwelcome and the fact the security guard then continued to watch him, not a great start.
