"At first we didn't think the aircon didn't work but we were wrong we just needed the brick walls surrounding the room to cool down once this happened the aircon worked much better so thankyou. The Wi Fi still wasn't strong enough but everyone just uses their phones these days anyway."

"When I checked in and got to my room there were bugs everywhere bathroom was left open no fly screen on it, went to have a shower and only 1 towel in room for 2 people no mugs for a cuppa and then to top it off finally get mugs and the milk was frozen solid."
