It is close to the main town square but at the end of a street which was quiet yet convenient to get around. The room was comfortable and spacious with a big bathroom and walk in shower. The owners and staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful which made our visit even more memorable since we felt very welcome during our stay. The owner even offered to drive us to the train...

"Great location in the middle of Rothenberg. Very old building. On-site parking is limited. Bed was low and not very comfortable. Bathtub is very high, might be difficult for those with limited mobility to enter. The bathtub surface is very smooth, and slippery to the point of being hazardous. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Restaurant is excellent, offering a great menu at reasonable prices. Our stay was pleasant, but the next time I visit Rothenberg, I would probably choose another hotel."
