"The hotel is by the beach, which is why we booked it. The beach itself is not swimmable but that was expected. The problem is that nothing was well maintained. The pool bed were very dirty and couldn’t be used. We used the pool and couldn’t lay down as the mattresses were very dirty. It’s a pity as the hotel has potential. It just needs a lot better maintenance."

"There are several beautiful villas here. The staffs are kind and good service. But we don’t like their small pool. So there is nothing to do at the resort."

"I enjoyed my stay at Mont Talay. It is in a great location with a clear view of beach and sea. It is walkable everywhere in Prachuap. The room is basic but it is a great price & has adequate provisions for a short stay. Could do with some refreshing & renovations. Overall, I would recommend if you want a cheap place to stay in an ideal location & don't have high expectations of room amenities. "

"This is a lovely place to stay at the far end of the main beach in Prachuap. The beds are comfortable and everything is kept spotlessly clean by Yai, who is constantly working. The salt water pool is great for cooling off."

"This is a really lovely place to stay. The bungalow was excellent, as was the pool. The lady on reception, On, was so helpful - she even took us to the van station when we left. We would definitely recommend the hotel. It is a 30 minute walk to the main town beach area, so we hired bicycles, scooters would have been even more use for exploring. Ao Manao beach is fabulous."

"Room was clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Hot water did not work in my room, so i was allowed to use another room. We were able to rent scooters from a near by business and go to many places. Good for someone traveling on a small budget. "
