"The reception was super unprofessional. When I told them that I booked the hotel from hotels.com, they laughed and said that they never heard of them! Although I booked less 2 hours before I arrived, they still didnt have any record of my booking. When I showed them the confirmation number from hotels.com email., they still said the confirmation was incorrect. Hotel customer support tried to get in contact with them and were unable, so my refund was not approved. They should removed themselves from the hotel.com app to prevent customers from booking their hotels."

"We originally only booked 1 night but stayed another as it was excellent value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds. Very clean room. Hot shower, fridge and powerful air conditioning. Walking distance to delicious places to eat."

"The first room had many cockroaches in the bathroom- we immediately switched rooms and the next room had a much newer bathroom- BUT there was blood all o er the toilet seat and hair left in the shower drain. It was so disgusting. My husband had to clean the bathroom for us- I have never experienced something like this- obviously had not been cleaned at all! The bed was very comfortable but the pool was very dirty and not well maintained "
