The staff was very accommodating and Marcel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even helping to correct a train/rail station error I was about to make prior to arrival. The breakfast was included in the price of the room and far exceeded any other previous lodging offerings I have ever had in Europe. Spa facilities, luggage storage and many other included perks help to make this the only choice in Brunnen with a short trip to Stoos in reach.
