The Richardson Group, Washbourne hotels

"Stayed at the Grand because I grew up in Torquay and it was always considered the standard for excellence. The hotel has a wonderful view looking back onto Torquay harbour, and it's so convenient for the train station. The number 12 bus stops right outside so easy to get to Paignton or Newton Abbot. Some of the room decoration is very dated but overall the room was spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent on reception. "
