"Team at the hotel were very pleasant, the gym is good and the room was clean and warm. Menu a little uninspiring and the restaurant a bit sterile, so we went out to eat. "

"A great place to stay for anywhere near to the m40 around junction 15. Stratford Upon Avon is only a 15 minute drive away and Bicester Shopping Village is around 40 mins drive away. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. We had a minor problem trying to pay for the car parking, as it was a self service machine, which didn’t quite work like, how it was explained to us. but the Reception staff were keen to help us and got it sorted out. "Good new hotel, obviously themed for visit to Castle, I would imagine great fun for children. Great location for visit to castle, racecourse and town. Fine for couples when we visited but is aiming at families."
