"Stayed for 2 nights 13.12.24, very festive hotel, had Santa greeting us for breakfast both mornings, with singing and going around asking if we have all be good for Christmas. A brilliant touch and one of the most festive/lively atmosphere I have been to at breakfast. Sent us up for a day at the markets and Christmas shopping which was a short distance away. Santa was excellent, bar staff at night was friendly and very attentive, receptionist was friendly and informative and nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast staff worked so hard to keep all food and drinks replenished. A credit to all staff that work there 😀"

"There is nothing negative I could say about this hotel. The location was excellent, with the tram stop being right outside the door and being only one stop on the tram away from the city centre and two away from the Bullring shopping centre. Also only a 5 minute walk from the Legoland Discovery Centre and Sea Life so ideal if you are travelling with children. The staff at the hotel couldn’t have been more welcoming, even bringing over apple juice, biscuits and a colouring pack for the child with us without us even asking. They were always friendly. The food in the hotel was lovely, and the rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The rooms have a smart TV with a chromecast too so you can watch Netflix, Youtube etc. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and will be staying here when I return to Birmingham again. 10/10"

"Had a great weekend at the Malmaison. From the moment we arrived and checked in we were made to feel welcome. Great location, only a few minutes away from New Street Station. The room was clean and had everything you need, breakfast was great and every single member of staff we came across was attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel is not the Hilton, but it is not the Hilton price either. For the price of this hotel, it is clean, welcoming and you get a decent room with staff that are willing to help if yon need. Very good hotel, we stayed for 4 weeks with work and would happily stay again as my 1st choice. "
