Настоящий свинарник! Управляют им украинцы...наверное это и сказывается. Квартира воняет до невозможности...полотенца можно сказать почти половые тряпки,душевые принадлежности отсутствуют. Цена как на люксовый отель,это чисто развод на деньги. Если хотите по 80 евро в хлеву ночевать то пожалуйста! Мошенники открыли фирму и взяв лешевые квартиры-свинарники выдавая за апартаменты продают по суточно туристам!

Pokój nieodpowiadał żadnemu z przedstawionych na zdjęciach, w mojej ocenie wyglądał zdecydowanie gorzej. Brak klimatyzacji - pomimo tego ze zdjęcia sugerują ze jest. Ogólnie niestety w pokoju było brudno. Łóżeczko dla dziecka dostaliśmy zepsute a że Pani która przekazywała nam klucze , przestała Odbierac telefon (po 21) to zostaliśmy bez łóżeczka dla rocznego dziecka. Nie lubie narzekać ale naprawdę nie polecam tych apartamentów.

Es mangelt SEHR an Pflege und Kundenservice

Es gibt KEINE Rezeption (nicht für Oxygen CENTRAL Apartments). Man wird über Hotels.com per Email kontaktiert, bezüglich der Ankunftszeit. Leider musste ich dann 45 Minuten auf der Strasse warten und die angegeben Telefonnummer war "nicht erreichbar". Das in der Buchung erwähnte vor Ort buchbare Frühstück wurde mit "das ist nicht gut, gehen Sie woanders hin zum Frühstücken" kommentiert. Zu Sauna, Pool und Fitnessbereich wurde kommentiert "da können Sie nicht hin". Der Einrichtungsstil ist gut und modern. Jedoch brauchen Dinge PFLEGE - hier ein klares NO GO: ein Wasserkocher, der innen verbrannt ist. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Schmutzige Tassen und Gläser im Schrank. Nicht ausgewischte Kleiderschränke. Schmutzige Handtücher und eine beim Duschen tropft es aus der Decke. Ein Sofa, das so verschmutzt ist, dass man sich nicht draufsetzen will. SEHR SCHADE für ein vom Prinzip schönes Apartment in guter Lage.

LES! 1. dette hottellet har _IKKE_ spa, basseng eller bastue slik som det står. Der et er annet hotell. Dette har ingenting bortsett fra rom. 2. Leilighetene var utrolig fine! Et av de fineste jeg har vært på. 3. Personalet ikke så mye å skryte av. Innsjekking foregår på et annet hotell 500 meter ned i gaten hvis du kommer på kvelden. De hadde glemt å gi oss koden til leiligheten. Var bsre flaks at det var en sikkerhets vakt der. Ikke mulig å få mer dopapir. Ikke mulig å få ekstra dyne, var kun én dyne og vi var to jenter. 4. Alt i alt er selve leilighetene kjempe fine. Så jeg ville fortsatt anbefalt det. Leilighetene får 5 stjerner, personalet 3.

Terrible!!

Sleepingroom without curtains to make the room dark?! How can you sleep in a hotel with a sleepingroom without curtains?!! Directly informed the management by arriving but however they promised to create a solution never heard from them again. I stayed for 2 nights, called 6 times and send 2 e-mails but no reply what so ever. Terrible.

Very noise place to stay.

The stay was not good- on arrival the welcome pack was not available with internet details, the windows in the bed room did not have blinds which made it difficult to sleep, builders work was taking place in the block and started at 7am, not a great way to be woken up. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. There was a noise fan in the kitchen which could not be switched off, also the side light in the sitting area did not work as there was no bulb fitetd. On a positive note the apartment was well equipped and very clean.

Modernt och prisvärt.

Vi var fyra vänner som bodde i ett rum med dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa. Rummet var mycket fräscht och modernt och tillräckligt stort för oss alla fyra. AC:n var guld värd i Warszawas sommarhetta. Det som är viktigt att tänka på är att Oxygen Central Apartments inte är detsamma som Oxygen Residence (ett hotell som har rum och reception i samma byggnad). För att checka in var vi därför tvungna att ringa ett polskt nummer och därefter bestämma träff med en person som kom och lämnade nycklarna. Det kändes lite omständigt. Gällande området så är det tydligt att det håller på att förändras och inte inhyser särskilt mycket för turister. Övergivna bostadshus samsas med nybyggda skyskrapor av glas och stål. Såväl jättehotellet Hilton, som spårvägsstationer och en liten mataffär ligger dock i närheten. Med tanke på priset och den höga boendestandarden skulle vi förmodligen bo här igen.

Fantastic apartment!!

The apartment was fantastic!! Lots of room, new, very clean, modern look. The building lacks amenities found in hotels such as room service, restaurant, and pool. If you need to go out for dinner, there is a Hilton accross the street. Highly recommended.

Disgraceful customer care

Very unhappy and disappointed. My booking was cancelled without my knowledge despite the fact that I had left the message I was arriving late at night and I was going to pay after arrival. I found myself in Warsaw in the middle of the night without a place to stay. I had to visit other hotels to ask for a room. I managed to find a room in Westin hotel at 2 am!!! I was shocked with such unprofessional customer service. No words can express how I felt.
