"Great stay from the moment I arrived, staff were so helpful and friendly, I needed a charger for my phone and was off to buy one but the receptionist sourced one from lost property, I returned this after my stay. Good swift check in, asked what type of room I wanted, room was clean, with safe and fridge, hotel very secure, you can't get to the floors without your keycard in the lift. Perfect location next top trams and buses"

"Yes, this is old hotel and need some refurbishment of their rooms. However, the staff, food, location is exceptional - there is no doubt about the 5* rating and price to the quality. The views from the restaurant on 2nd floor during breakfast, or if You choose Panorama Sky Bar on 40th floor are incredible. On top of that there is brand new SPA/GYM facilities ran by third party company called OMNI, however included in the room price - it is simply amazing!"
