great location, but the service was appalling! I was meant to receive access code in advance by email, which didn't happen. I tried calling on the day, no reply. I received the correct code after multiple text messages, which was extremely frustrating. A small dirty shared bathroom, which doesnt work and a cleaner who wakes you up 3 hours before the check out time. Apart from the location, there is hardly anything worth recommending about the place

The room was nothing like pictures. Much smaller and claustrophobic. No bathroom. I arrived in the evening to find out that next door was big group of Ukrainian men. They were very noisy and i didn't feel safe there. I couldn't even imagine to spend the night there. I end up leaving and booking another hotel that night. Definitely Im not recommending this place to anybody. This should be listed as cheap hostel.

Il faut jongler une heure sur internet pour trouver ou demander le numéro de chambre et le code.Ensuite il devait y avoir une douche dans la chambre et ce n'était pas le cas.Enfin sur la photo du site, tout était beau ,en fait la chambre c'est un réduit de 9 m carré dans le grenier et qui n'est pas insonorisé..

Worst hotel experience in my life.
The worst hotel experience in all my life. The room it's so hot, the sun burning you in the morning, the cooler don't works, if you have a problem nobody helps you becouse don't exist reception desk, the email say cheout at 14 and at 9 am a engry lady knok the door, she fonts speak English and șe was so discussing, the che inn its so fkng late(3pm) whiteout exceptions. I would never go back even if they will pay me, never.

на третий день сежура в моей комнате оказался мужик и баба на моей кровати. Вместе простого "простите" (я понимаю, что может быть накладка), хостель нагло сказал hotels.com что такого не было))))

Przestrzegam i nie polecam.
Jest tam tak źle, że nie wiem od czego zacząć. Miała zostać pobrana kwota 20 zł z karty, niesety musiałem zrobić przelew. Otrzymałem smsem kod do bramy i mieszkania, które po ponad 20 telefonach(w tym 3 były odebrane) i łącznie godziny spędzonej pod bramą okazało się, że były do innego miejsca, pomijam fakt, że wiązało się to ze zmianą mojego miejsca pobytu, bez uprzedniego choćby poinformowania mnie o tym fakcie, ale okazało się, że otrzymałem całkiem inny standard pokoju, jeśli w ogóle można to nazwać standardem. Wysłużone, zajechane wręcz już łóżko. Zapach który unosił się w powietrzu, był po prostu okropny. Miał być pokój z łazienką prywatną, a był z łazienką wspólną, w dodatku sama łazienka była w opłakanym stanie, pobrano ode mnie opłatę 10zł/dzień za sprzątanie, a mieszkanie wyglądało tak jakby nikt tam od roku nawet nie zamiótł, wyłudzanie pieniędzy i nie dotrzymywanie umowy. Jakby tego było mało, w pokoju znajdowało się tylko jedno gniazdko w którym nawet nie było prądu. Więc po prostu nie zostałem ani chwili dłużej, złożyłem reklamację. Niech ta moja historia będzie przestrogą, aby nie kusić się na ładne zdjęcia, gdyż nie mają one nic wspólnego z rzeczywistością, nikomu nie życzę, jakiegokolwiek kontaktu z panią która pracuje tam na słuchawce, zero kultury osobistej, oraz nieuprzejmość. Jedynym plusem jest lokalizacja, ale wynajęcie tego "apartamentu" to jak brak szacunku do samego siebie.

The hotel owner was not reachable by phone for the whole period I spent there. I had a horrible night sleeping in a room without any working ventilation system, and no windows. I called the hotel owner with the phone number given in the contact section, but it was always off.

Ingen strøm ved fremmøde så ingen adgang til rummene. telefonen blev lagt på når man prøvede at kontakte hotellet . 3 timer gik således. Først da jeg kontaktede hotel.com skete der noget. Toilet på værelse virkede ikke. Billigt. Måske for billigt??

Opis noclegu
Brak światła na schodach prowadzących do hostelu (jakby do wejścia na strych) jest totalną nieodpowiedzialnością. Wracając o mało nie spadłam z tych schodów, mimo świecenia latarką w telefonie. Stojąc na wprost tych stromych schodów i totalnej ciemności myślalam, że to jakaś pomyłka, a nie wejście do hostelu.
