"I sent the property an email in regard to an upgrade as per my Gold status. Zero response. Upon arrival I was booked into a small room facing a brick wall. This was a three day stay which had been booked for months earlier. The manager did finally upgrade me to a better room."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were perfect with facilities inside, we didn’t use them all but would have been brilliant (cooking, dishwasher, fridge) Clean rooms. Perfect location with so much within a short walking distance! Will definitely stay again!"
